Ms. Terri Ellenwood, Attorney at Law
She is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, of Oklahoma, and the Seneca and Delaware Nations.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.
Ms. Ellenwood is very active in community endeavors and is Chairperson of the Art Market Sub-committee and a member of the Steering Committee for Southern Exposure (an American Indian Art and Craft show and cultural experience).
She is Chairperson for Wisdom Keepers Org., Knoxville, TN; consults and advises the Wisdom Keepers Board, on American Indian cultural issues; assists, as necessary, at Wisdom Keepers functions; is cultural adviser at the Tanasi Pow Wow Dance Group, Girl Scout Group 920; and gives dance, art, and craft guidance.
She also researches, writes, and is a published author of educational material on how to define Indian health care and gaming for legislative purposes.
She is a member of the Tennessee Indian Affairs Advisory Council and is involved in many other sponsorships, honors, and activities.
Her husband is Corbett Ellenwood. They have a five year old son and a two year old daughter, named Onendanegea and Sinihele, respectively.
