Pursuant to Exhibit B of (Subcontract/Blanket Agreement Number) , Security and Badging Requirements, all L and Q cleared personnel (employees, consultants, subcontractors) are required to complete Annual Security Refresher training.

The 2005 refresher training has been developed and is now available using the "url" listed herein. All L and Q-cleared Subcontractors must complete this training and provide written confirmation to BJC Security (Exhibit I - #2.023 Security Annual Refresher Documentation) no later than 12/18, 2005. Per DOE, the written confirmation must include the names of the individuals who completed the refresher briefing. At your earliest opportunity you should log on and complete this web based training.

Complete the training (allow 30 - 45 minutes) * Print record of completion and retain. All cleared personnel should be reminded that failure to complete the training could result in the termination of access to classified information and/or access to their facility. BJC is required to provide written confirmation to DOE-ORO that L and Q-cleared personnel have completed the required security refresher briefing. Complete all requested information - badge number must be entered as 6-digit (if badge number consists of 5 digits, enter a "0" in front of the first number).
