CLOSEOUT ACTIVITIES FOR PHYSICALLY CLOSED COST-REIMBURSEMENT SUBCONTRACTS
Bechtel Jacobs Company LLC (BJC) is initiating closeout activities for its physically closed cost-reimbursement subcontracts. There are a number of administrative actions which are required of subcontractors to complete before a subcontract can be closed. Therefore, please complete the information requested as described in the recently issued notification letter and return to BJC Procurement. The required forms referenced in the notification letter can be found below. It is important that we receive the completed forms and other requested items at the earliest possible date to facilitate closeout of these subcontracts in a timely manner.
Property & Materials Certificate
Subcontractor's Assignment of Refunds, Rebates, Credits, and Other Amounts
Inventory of Government Property
Patent Certification
Certification of Non-Possession of Classified Documents & Termination of Security Clearances
Release and Certification of Final Payment
Public Voucher for Purchases and Services Other than Personal, Standard Form 1034, US Treasury Form
